- Classes will continue to be provided at alternate locations including South Village, The Pavilion, Encore, and outdoor sites

Yoga
Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health.
Boot Camp
A motivating, high intensity class that mixes traditional body weight exercises and strength training to push participants harder than they'd push themselves to improve stamina and strength.
Zumba
Zumba® is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves.
Silver Sneakers
Silver Sneakers focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
Xtreme Hip Hop
A re-vamp of traditional step aerobics, Xtreme Hip-Hop is a high energy toning and cardio class using great music, step platforms & dance moves. With routines set to old & new school Hip-Hop, It makes you want to get up and get moving while getting in a great calorie burn!
Cycle
Indoor cycling, studio cycling or 'spinning' is a high intensity exercise on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in a calorie-crunching session! Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it's great at toning muscles
Cardio Strength
Moderate intensity class that combines free weights, body weight, resistance band exercises and cardiovascular exercises to improve overall body strength and cardiovascular health.
Stacked
Timed circuits incorporating a variety of movements/exercises to tone, strengthen and challenge the body
Chair Yoga
You will practice yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair.
Pilates
Focuses on strength stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.
Total Body (Express)
A class that focuses on strength training of all major muscles groups to improve overall strength and fitness.
Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a martial art inspired group fitness format that is both heart-pumping and exhilarating. Using punches and kicks from disciplines such as karate, Muay Thai, and traditional boxing. Group Fitness participants worldwide have fallen in love with this class format. It is a total body work out that involves utilizing multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train participants in speed, agility, and quickness.
Core
This class is designed to build core muscle groups that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles
PiYo
Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It's a true fat-burning, low-impact program that'll get you incredibly defined.
Commit Dance
The COMMIT Dance Fitness experience is an epic, fun-filled dance workout. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements, created to a variety of popular music (Hip-hop, Caribbean, Afrobeat, etc.) from all over the world, and inspires everyone to get moving.
Strength
A full-body workout using weights, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.
Barre Fusion
A low-impact fitness class that combines ballet, dance, functional strength, and mind-body-inspired movements.
