Group Exercise Instructor
Siraj has been practicing yoga since 2006 and trained with the Yoga Institute, completing her teacher’s training in 2010. Siraj is influenced by her teachers, peers, environment, and travels, aiming to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each class. Through intention, meditation, pranayama, and asana, her goal is to have students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. Siraj teaches in a way that provokes thought and meaning, letting students experience for themselves through careful planning and energy reading. Her classes are always challenging both physically and mentally, delivered in English and Sanskrit with uplifting music, minimal demonstrations, and maximum hands-on assists. Siraj aims to live a yogic lifestyle and leads her classes in a way that reflects that choice.
