My name is Siraj and I’m a certified fitness instructor with a passion for mindful movement and holistic wellness. I began my fitness journey in 2006, drawn to the powerful connection between the body, breath, and inner strength. What started as a personal commitment to well-being soon became a professional path that continues to inspire me every day.

Over the years, I’ve earned certification in both yoga and Pilates, and I specialize in creating purposeful, balanced classes that promote both physical transformation and mental clarity. Yoga grounds me in mindfulness and intentional living, while Pilates fuels my love for precision, posture, and strength. I am passionate about guiding others to feel strong, centered, and empowered in their own bodies on and off the mat.
