New Classes Including an Early Morning Option

Exciting Updates to the East Orlando Gym Schedule

We are thrilled to announce some fantastic additions to our new class schedule at East Orlando Gym! Whether you’re a morning person, have a tight lunch break, or prefer evening workouts, we have something for everyone. Check out our new and updated classes designed to fit your busy lifestyle and help you achieve your fitness goals.

New Early Morning Class

Tuesdays at 6:00 AM – Cardio Strength with BJ
– Start your day with an invigorating cardio strength class led by the energetic BJ. This class combines high-intensity cardio with muscle-strengthening exercises to give you a complete workout.

Evening Strength Classes

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM – Strength (30 min)
– Tuesdays with Ana: Join Ana for a powerful 30-minute strength session that will target all major muscle groups and help you build lean muscle.
– Thursdays with Jlo: Wrap up your day with Jlo’s strength class, designed to enhance your muscle endurance and strength.

Midday Express Classes

Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:00 PM – Total Body Express (30 min) with Denis
– Perfect for your lunch break, Denis’s Total Body Express class offers a quick, efficient workout that targets the entire body in just 30 minutes. Get in, get out, and get fit!

Weekend Relaxation and Balance

Sundays at 11:30 AM – Yoga with Siraj
– Unwind and recharge with our Sunday yoga session led by Siraj. This class focuses on flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, providing the perfect end to your week.

Fun and Energetic Dance Fitness

Every Other Friday Starting 8/16 at 6:00 PM – Commit Dance Fitness with Ria**
– Dance your way to fitness with Ria’s Commit Dance Fitness class. Held every other Friday, this high-energy class combines dance moves with fitness routines for a fun and effective workout.

Mid-Morning Fusion Class

Tuesdays at 9:15 AM – Barre Fusion & Stacked with Ana (Starting 8/6)
– Experience the perfect blend of barre and strength training in Ana’s Barre Fusion & Stacked class. This workout combines ballet-inspired moves with resistance exercises for a comprehensive full-body workout.
