Kim Flowers is an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor certified to teach Xtreme Hip Hop Step, a fresh take on a traditional concept. Kim is deeply passionate about health and fitness, finding joy in working out to main her physical and mental well-being, as well as to achieve her personal weight loss goals. Her love for music and step aerobics has not only propelled her on her own health and fitness journey but also enabled her to motivate and support others in their pursuit of health and fitness goals and overcoming challenges. Through her instruction, Kim provides a fun yet effective workout using step cardio fitness. When asked for advice that she imparts to her participants or anyone facing fitness challenges, Kim emphasizes the importance of consistency. She acknowledges that results won't materialize overnight, but with hard work and dedication, the payoff will be substantial. Her message is clear: Don't stop, don't quit, and don't give up!
