Celebrate the American spirit with movement, strength, and community at our Patriotic Pilates class, hosted by Adagio – Pilates Meets Strength in partnership with the East Orlando Gym & Wellness Center and The Marketplace at Avalon Park.

Join us for a fun and festive Pilates session that blends fitness and freedom under one roof. Dress in your favorite red, white, and blue gear—from headbands to socks—and show off your patriotic pride while enjoying a great workout. This special class is open to all levels and is designed to leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and inspired.

What to Expect:

• A themed Pilates class led by expert instructors

• A welcoming environment for all fitness levels

• A celebration of American cities, culture, and community

• Optional festive attire encouraged (red, white & blue everything!)
